Star Memoirs AI account and data deletion

You can request deletion without installing or signing into the app.

Send your request

Email contact@happysense.cn with subject “Star Memoirs AI privacy / deletion request”. State whether you want to close your installation account, delete a particular book or remove other server data. If available, include your installation account ID shown in Android Settings → Request account deletion, and your app version/platform. If your installation ID is unavailable, we will provide secure verification.

Do not send passwords, recovery secrets, purchase tokens, full recordings or complete memoirs. We verify only what is reasonably necessary.

What is removed or retained

After verification, the request covers the installation account, associated backend books, records, conversations, writing history, related gateway information and receipts, and their recovery copies, as applicable to the scope you request. Information required for legal obligations, transaction accounting or fraud prevention may be retained with access restricted to that purpose; we explain the reason and applicable retention in our response.

Daily recovery backups normally expire after 31–32 days. Restricted operational or recovery copies are separately managed. Deletion decisions must be reapplied after restoring a backup. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, normally one month under GDPR/UK GDPR, and explain any permitted extension.

Copies and subscription

Manage device-only files in the app or by uninstalling. Google Drive copies and exported or shared files need deletion at their respective destinations. Account deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play to prevent future renewal.
